How do I book a tour?
Click any tour, choose your date and time, select participants and add-ons, then click Book Now. We accept credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer (Indonesia) and crypto.
Is my booking confirmed instantly?
Yes — most tours confirm instantly. You will receive a voucher email with your booking reference within 1 minute.
Can I pay later?
Yes! Reserve your spot now with no payment. We will email you 48 hours before your tour with the payment link.
What currencies do you accept?
IDR, USD, EUR, AUD, SGD, GBP, JPY. The currency switcher is at the top of every page.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before tour start. Full refund within 5 business days. Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% refund.
What if it rains?
Tours run rain or shine. If conditions are unsafe (lightning, floods), we reschedule or refund 100%.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, free reschedule up to 24 hours before. Just reply to your booking confirmation email.
Where is the pickup point?
Free hotel pickup in Ubud, Seminyak, Kuta, Sanur, Canggu, Jimbaran. Other areas: small surcharge applies.
What should I wear?
Comfortable shoes, light clothing, swimsuit if water is involved. For temple visits we provide sarongs.
Are guides English-speaking?
All our guides speak English fluently. Many also speak Mandarin, Japanese, French, German, or Italian. Just request at booking.
Are tours suitable for children?
Most are family-friendly. Each tour page lists the recommended minimum age. Children under 12 get 50% off.
Is food included?
Yes — all tours over 6 hours include lunch. Vegetarian, vegan, halal options available on request.
Are your vehicles insured?
Yes — all vehicles are licensed, insured, and serviced quarterly. Drivers carry valid Indonesian commercial licenses.
Do I need travel insurance?
We strongly recommend it, especially for adventure tours (volcano hikes, ATV, surf). We can suggest providers.
What if I have a medical condition?
Please tell us at booking. We will adjust the itinerary or recommend a different tour. Your safety is paramount.
